Tob had been through to welcome the sitters then withdrew as the team did their work. We sang a few songs and generally talked about things including some of the terrorist activities happening around the world and the time of change that some spirit communicators had talked about, then William came through to join in with the discussion…
Dave… ‘Hello, good evening, how are you this evening?’
William… ‘I'm very well… a very interesting conversation’
Dave… ‘Yes it was... unfortunately it dragged us down a bit but you have to talk about these things from time to time...’
William… ‘No, no... you know the consequences of actions can be quite horrific, and I heard you speaking of changes’
Dave… ‘This is as in the time of change do you mean?’
William… ‘Possibly so, but you know, for many years people have been doing dreadful things to one another. The problem with your day and age, people are quite sophisticated and don’t have to quite work it out for themselves, and there is this excess energy which they do not know what quite to do with. When you are having most of the process done for you with someone else’s achievement and you can press a few buttons and hey presto! You have not used a tremendous amount of grey matter. When I say to you that people are winning a lifestyle because of someone else’s brain wave. There has always been the mundane part of life and at the moment the mundane part of life are people who are working in repetitive situations. And so they are learning from their television sets and they are learning from every angle of communication. The world is so much smaller. There is no more adventure to be had. Remote parts of your world are no longer quite so remote and so people tend not to read and learn. By pressing a few buttons things are done for them so there is this excess energy about them, also frustration because of the material position that has to be battled for, the house, the car, their appearance, the holidays. All nearly within your grasp and they become too important to you. I do not say to you have leisure and have pleasant surroundings, very pleasant for you, but you are in an age where you have access to things without having full knowledge'
Dave… ‘Yes that's so and we do not understand a fraction of the things we interact with’

William… ‘Good... You see a difference... When you... I do not mean to insult your intelligence, when you think of the wheelbarrow, you pick the handles up and you moved it along. It was physical movement. Now, if you want to use a wheelbarrow in a modern sense, it's made easier. You press buttons and you have the access to the motion without the action'
Dave… ‘If you take our society let's say 100 years ago, for the average working person, they were very much engaged in providing for the family and they were very blinkered in their need to do that, and very much influenced by what they were told and did what they were told, whereas people today, because life is easier in the physical sense people have more time to think and therefore they have more freedom of thought. I'd be interested in your view on that?’
William… ‘Well I view it with extremes, there were times when, 100 years ago, people had to work too hard and they had no leisure and it was a basic existence, too basic. In your time now, life is easier but in another way it is so much more difficult in the fact there are no goals to achieve in comparison with the way you lived 100 years ago... I will be with you in a minute... yes, 100 years ago, as I was saying, was very different to your time now. The comparison we can make is the lack of facilities, the lack of education, the lack of a good diet. Today you lack a good diet because it is too easy. It is all served to you, packed and wrapped. You have two extremes and really it would be rather better if you could meet in the middle...'
(William's voice was getting a bit weak and Dave asked if he'd like a few 'ohms'. He said yes so we did a couple to raise the energy...)

William... 'No a thirst for knowledge, particularly history but really a thirst for all knowledge'
Dave... 'So quite a privileged position for the time then really'

I could say to you the difference between your world then and now, there was not sufficient time for knowledge. Now you don’t particularly need so much knowledge to achieve to a far higher standard than what the people 100 years ago achieved, and people have always been saying that the technology moves along.

William… ‘Well I think... I know there are an awful lot of people who are feeling quite sickened by it all and want to lead a cleaner and finer existence to the point of people have lost their priorities and there is a certain amount of sickness, but there always has been, but because of your easy access and communication all around your world, the sickness has covered the world and people who are wanting to breath and think in a pure, honest and clean way of living then the tide will turn. No more accepting what they actually know is wrong. They have the knowledge and the intelligence to be their own people and there will be, as there are now, communities springing up where they are being themselves and being real people who have their own ideas on how they want their world to be for themselves and certainly for the future of their children. There is so much fear in the parent’s minds at this time on your earth for their children and we know there has always been danger in your world for young inexperienced minds, but with diseases, the drugs, the promiscuity, there is much to fear and as you will say it’s time to clean the cupboard out and to stock yourselves with a clean, fresh diet.’
Caroline… ‘The trouble is we have all these religious fanatics around the world’
William… ‘Yes, you always have had them, but the thing is, and I do repeat myself, they are so accessible now. With your problems in New York, there is so much anger. At one time you would use boats and it took so much longer and these people can be intercepted. The technology is wonderful in one respect and quite rotten in another.’
Dave… ‘I don't think we have to be backward in that situation or turn back the clock but live in a cleaner, more pure way’
William… ‘Use your education, use your intelligence and to stamp out what is not suitable for no more people who have to live in this world of yours in their everyday existence. You have to be yourself. Be an individual with a mind and don’t allow yourself to be bullied into a way of life by your men of importance. You must not break your laws but you do not have to tolerate those laws. You can join together as common decency'

William… ‘Oh dear… well it evolved, it evolved from the very beginning when certain things developed and developed until simply your present time, it’s evolution'
Caroline… ‘Yes but where did the very first thing appear?’
William… ‘Under the water, dear’
Caroline… ‘But where did the water come from?’
William… ‘Well you have to have some moisture and when you have this moisture, it has grown. When it evolved your world there was evolution from so many other units, other units in your universe'
Caroline… ‘Like bits of asteroids?’
William… ‘They collide and they join together and what one particle had, it grew and improved and other particles until it became a wealth of particles in order to grow and achieve what you have today. We have seen what comes from other worlds. Worlds around worlds. You are not the only place and what chemicals and what electricity and what volumes of interesting areas from other places will join together and expand. I have told you in a simple way. Let me try to elaborate on this. You have particles in the air and then you have a surface where those particles can land and grow, then other particles arrive and they mix together and they bring you all that is necessary for water, for vegetation and eventually your animals and so evolution began, you hear of the big bang?’
Caroline… ‘Yes’
William… ‘Well it wasn’t only one big bang but a few who collided and landed side by side to enable a world such as yours and there are other worlds which not only belong to you'

William... 'You are a huge universe, a huge universe, beyond your comprehension and beyond my comprehension. There is so many worlds within worlds, without worlds. There are so many atmospheres. There are worlds where they do have some things in common. Do not think that the worlds and the planets that you have witnessed around your world, that it ends there because it does not'

William… ‘Oh yes...'
Caroline... 'So you've seen them?'
William... 'But you must understand that our world surrounds your world, so other worlds have other worlds surrounding them, and also some worlds do not have anything but an outer-world, if you can understand me’

William… ‘There are differences but you have people in other worlds who are so advanced they are not needing a world like the earth. They live in a world surrounding, which is beyond earth. They have no need to touch their world. I do not say this is around your earth but there are places where the people have more experience and awareness than the people of earth. So for instance there would never be communication like this. They are all aware of many more facts than earth people. But you see I do not talk about the world and the planets that surround you. I talk about the universe, millions, billions of years space in your time'
Caroline… ‘It’s so exciting to talk about this’
Dave… ‘It is a very complex, huge subject’
William… ‘Well I do not feel that I am particularly knowledgeable in this field but here you do pick up a certain amount of knowledge. I’m afraid my earth is my interest. I still feel interested in the people and how their minds are enabling in the atmosphere and your way of living on earth now. I do prefer the human aspect of it. It interests me more'
Dave... 'Would you describe yourself as an etheric archaeologist or anthropologist perhaps?'
William... 'Oh, I am a humanist'

William… ‘Well you see, if you can imagine a graph and how the point of the graph is from higher to lower, well it is also with the reception of the brain and sometimes we find we can be quite fluent and other times it is quite difficult. It is a graph that we need to understand more, to control more, and to be... (cassette tape turned over)... and it is, as I say, as on a graph paper with the marker as it traces, and it pretty much applies here'

William… ‘Well, I feel somehow I have not been quite lucid in my replies to you’
